Residential services are offered year-round weekly. A schedule and list of year round jobs/duties will be provided. All work will be done by John.
Rates & terms
John's rate is $50.00/hr with payment due by the 10th of each month. You will receive a detailed invoice and a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope for your convenience.
Supplies & expenses
Supplies (fertilizer, soil, seed, plants, rock, etc.) will be purchased with no mark up. The original receipt will be added to your bill. Any unused portion will be left at your home for future use. You will not be charged for shopping time or gas.
Yard waste
Curious what John did while you were gone? Simply check your yard waste container. It’s a good gauge of how much he did and what was done at each visit. To help keep your cost low John uses your yard waste program rather than disposing of it at the dump. If extra cans/yard bags are needed he can provide them at no charge.
Contract /commitment
You are under no obligation/contract. If you wish to stop your service at any time for any reason just let John know. The sooner he knows the better he can adjust his schedule.
Referrals
Referrals are always appreciated. Your yard is John's best advertising. He is always interested in speaking to anyone looking for residential, year-round, weekly yard care.
Customer satisfaction
If you are ever unhappy with the work you will not be charged.
Vacation days, sick days and snow days
You will not be charged for days I am unable to work.
